We want you to be happy with what you receive. Because every piece is carved by hand and many are made to order, our terms are specific. Please read them before you order.

When we accept a return

We accept returns in two cases only:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and a video showing the issue. Email support@chithiramaadam.com or call +91 63815 44855.

Unboxing video required

For any damage or wrong-item claim, you must record one continuous, unedited video of the unboxing, starting before you open the package and continuing through the full inspection. This video is required along with your photographs — claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

What cannot be returned

• Custom made, personalised or refurbished pieces, once production has begun.
• Natural variation in the wood. Grain, colour, pose and motif differ from one piece to the next because a person carved it. This is not a defect.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned piece and inspect it, we process your refund within 7 to 10 working days, back to your original payment method.

Where a return is approved because of damage in transit or our error, we pay the return shipping.

Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the 80 percent advance. After 24 hours production has begun and refunds are not available.

Terms for custom work

• Custom orders need 15 to 30 days notice.
• An 80 percent advance confirms the order.
• The remaining 20 percent is due after you have seen the finished piece, before delivery.
