Architectural woodwork range
- Burma Teak Heritage Door — published listing size 9 ft × 4.4 ft; verify the structural opening, frame depth and handing on site.

From architect drawing to finished work
- Share the required elevation or reference, overall dimensions, location, finish preference and target date.
- We review the design, available Burma teak stock, machine access, carving depth, joints and mounting requirements before confirming the proposal.
- After drawing and physical finish-sample approval, production proceeds using the workshop's 3-axis CNC / ArtCAM workflow with artisan hand-finishing. Pillar profiles that need turning or rotary tooling receive a separate production-method check.
- The written quotation confirms the actual timber description and any verified reclaimed-source note, final dimensions, production schedule, packing and delivery terms. Availability and lead time are confirmed per order.
Burma teak is the studio material standard. Reclaimed origin is documented against the actual stock for the order; a general product listing does not by itself establish the provenance of a specific piece.
Overseas quotations and delivery
Product fabrication and finish are quoted against the approved drawing. Export packing, pickup, freight, transit insurance, installation, destination clearance, import duty and taxes are shown as separate lines unless the quote expressly includes them. Every export quote states the delivery basis and named place after the route, packed dimensions and carrier are confirmed.
Export packing is planned for each item's carving, weight and route. The written quote confirms the protection and crate method, crate dimensions, gross weight and price before booking. Where solid-wood packaging is subject to ISPM 15, compliant treated and marked packaging is arranged for the shipment.
Malaysia dispatch is coordinated with the current Wednesday shipment schedule when the packed item and route fit; the actual dispatch date is confirmed in the quote. For Singapore, the consignee or appointed agent arranges the import permit through TradeNet and pays destination charges unless a delivered-duty-paid service is explicitly listed.
Export documents are prepared for the shipment as applicable, including commercial invoice, packing list, Indian customs shipping bill and carrier transport document. HS classification, timber-source evidence and any country-specific certificates or permits are checked with the customs broker for the destination.
