Shipping policy

Standard delivery is free on all standard orders.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days once the piece is ready to ship.
Express delivery is available at additional cost. Contact us for a quote.
Large items such as doors, pillars and pooja mandapams carry a delivery fee based on weight and destination. We confirm this before you pay.

We ship worldwide.
Customs clearance, duties and import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders require 15 to 30 days notice.
Carved doors typically take 3 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size and detail.
An 80 percent advance confirms the order. The remaining 20 percent is due after you have seen the finished piece, before delivery.

A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow the shipment with the carrier.

Every piece is packed for the journey. Carved work is wrapped and braced before crating.

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and a video of the packing and the damage, and we will sort it out with you.
