Shipping and Delivery

Within India

• Standard delivery is free on all standard orders.
• Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days once the piece is ready.
• Express delivery is available at extra cost. Ask us for a quote.
• Large items such as doors, pillars and mandapams carry a fee based on weight and destination.

International

• We ship worldwide.
• Customs clearance, duties and import taxes in your country are paid by you.

Made to order pieces

• Custom orders need 15 to 30 days notice.
• Carved doors typically take 3 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size and detail.
• An 80 percent advance confirms the order. The remaining 20 percent is due after you have seen the finished piece, before delivery.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow the shipment with the carrier.

Packing

Every piece is packed to survive the journey. Carved work is wrapped and braced before it goes into the crate.
